Accessibility Statement for Foreman Plumbing & Heating

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including if you're using a screen reader, browsing by keyboard only, or have low vision.

What we've done

This site's design has been reviewed against the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines, including checking colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader labelling. Automated testing (Google Lighthouse) currently scores this site 100/100 for accessibility — though we don't rely on automated scores alone, since they don't catch everything; issues found through manual review during design were fixed before this site went live.

A deliberate design choice, explained

You may notice this site doesn't show a phone number directly on the page — enquiries go through the contact form instead. This is a deliberate choice so that Foreman Plumbing & Heating can give every enquiry the same careful attention, rather than fielding calls without the job details in front of them. If you'd prefer to speak on the phone, the contact form asks for your number so Foreman Plumbing & Heating can call you back.
